• All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or as per agreed terms.
• As many products are custom-made, lead times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payments

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. World of Outdoors does not store your payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently deliver across major cities in India including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and order complexity.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Cancellations

As most of our furniture is custom-crafted to order:

• Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection.
• No returns will be accepted for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, designs, and logos are the property of World of Outdoors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

World of Outdoors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
